ABSTRACT

The study was conducted to investigate the sources and management of stress among UTDBE Students of Foso College of Education. The research design used for the study was descriptive survey. A total sample of 180 students comprising 90 males and 90 females were selected for the study. The instrument used for gathering data from the college was a questionnaire.
