Street hockey is a form of hockey play on surfaces like basketball courts, indoor, streets, and nettless tennis courts. The point of the game is to shoot the puck into the others teams net and score. Each team must have 6 players, 3 frontlines 2 defense and 1 goalie. Street hockey equipment is especially designed for street hockey. The stick is wooden with a plastic tip and a plastic puck or a ball that doesn’t bounce at all. Each teams has only 2 timeouts each lasting around 1 minute and the game is split into 3 15 minute periods. There is also a break in between each period lasting about 3-5 minutes.
