Strategic Plan Part One Conceptulizing a Business

In this paper it will explain my business, the products, and services as well as the customers who will be coming into the establishment. By developing a mission statement that will help create a vision statement for my business, and, it clearly will help the customers and employees understand what it is that I want for my business and what I want in the future for my business.

The business that I chose is Sunday’z Best, which is the name of my restaurant that I plan to open. Sunday’z Best will serve the best quality of down home country foods. The restaurant will have respect for their employees as well as their customers. It will be a family oriented restaurant for families to come in and enjoy a Sunday meal after church, and just relax. It will make the customers feel like they are in the comfort of thier own home. The products that will be served will be made fresh, and from scratch, the product will be presentable and tasty. The deserts will be made from scratch, such as peach cobbler, Italian Cream Cheese Cake, Bananna Pudding, (the kind that mama used to boil on the stove), just to name a few. This will make the people who moved to the city enjoy the taste of down home country cooking that they are missing because of living away from home. We will strive to be the best in the business and provide a superior quality of food and service with competitive prices that the customers like and at the same time attain the highest customer satisfaction by displaying the highest and great customer service, quality of food, and offer professionalism at its best. It will be like the customers are in their own homes because on Fridays, it will be called Finn for yourself on Friday, which will consist of a buffet, and the customers will be able to serve themselves, the children will have a choice of
