According to Loriol (2017), sociologists do not want to define tiredness but rather understand it through the experience of people and from there they may construct different meanings of it. Thus to discover the answer and further strengthen my argument, I have conducted a one on one interview with 2 female nurses of different work natures and 2 female non-medical professionals. Series of questions about work and her stance on tiredness were asked. Catwoman works at a JCI accredited hospital in Alabang. According to her it is 1 hour far from her home by two jeepney rides but there are times she is dropped by a private car which saves her 20 minutes less. Her nature of work requires her to do more of paper work instead of a labor+paper work. She is privileged to have her own private office. She engages in extended working hours only when it is needed which is just seldom for her. She is married and is supporting two grade schoolers studying in a private institution. Series of questions were asked about work and his stance on tiredness. Batman works at the RCBC tower in Makati and has been on his job for almost a year. He lives in Makati and commutes to and from work every work day. He mentioned that his boss is pretty up tight. His boss is quite old, Chinese and sometimes do not have sympathy in her words towards her workers. He confidently expressed that he is tired of work and so as his co-workers. They do talk about it during their lunch breaks. He is single but he actually dates a lot. He mentioned that he does commit some errors but not quite often.
