Standards Board Importance
The Standards Board shall abide by the laws set forth in Article III Sections A and B of the By Laws.
The Standards Board shall serve to give fines, hear grievances and give the chapter recommendations and /or decisions.
The standards board’s action is binding unless it is two thirds overruled by the entire membership.
The Standards Board shall act as the judicial branch of the fraternity.
The Standards Board shall be responsible for keeping the bylaws and having them updated as deemed necessary.
The Standards Board shall make sure all members are fulfilling their duties as brothers and enforce actions against those that are not. (Refer to current issue of Officer’s Guide)
If a brother on Standards Board falls below the required minimum
