Introduction Staffing systems is a complex process and thus requires a lot of competency from the management side. Complex processes and decision making is an integral part of it and thus organizational direction, coordination and evaluation is required. Organizations are required to form mechanisms in order to control and manage their staffing system and its components. It is also to be kept in mind that staffing system management requires the consideration of both administration, evaluation and the legal issues. The staffing function is one of the most critical areas of the human resources department which gives the illustrations of typical organizational arrangements. The main ingredients of the staffing management system includes the role and nature of staffing policies, ways to implement the policy functions, the software and staffing technology used to increase the efficiency of the staffing systems. Sometimes the ways of the staffing system is also outsourced to other organizations all over the world (Herbert G. Heneman III). Basically staffing management aids in ending the general problems faced by the leadership of the firm. The problems include all the concerns regarding proficiency, efficiency, competency and productivity. With the help of this system the leadership learns about the ways to grow sales and increase customer relations, address issues that would not crop up otherwise and how much better the employees need to perform in order to increase the profitability, attract more clients and increase market share. The staffing system helps in improving ways to deal with employee attrition which is basically the rate at which the employees leave the company every year. It is also an indication of how long these employees work at the company after getting hired (Definition of Staffing Management System). In basic terms the staffing management system helps in standardizing all the employee practices, enables a consistency in the company while
