St. Thomas Imagine being a follower of Jesus and being one of the apostles. Then imagine doubting the resurrection of Jesus when he had been in your life since the beginning. St. Thomas had been a devoted follower of Jesus before the formal establishment of the church (St. Thomas 1). Saint Thomas was a devoted follower of Jesus and was strong in his faith. Saint Thomas lived a very interesting early life. St thomas was born in Galilee Israel circa in the first century. St thomas was a big follower of christ and he spread the word of christ throughout his life, even though he lived before the formal establishment of the catholic church he spread the word of christ. Following his death, some of his relics were taken to Edessa while the rest were kept in what is now known as India.
