Squama Case Interview
She is 95 years old. She has been at Mayview since 06/2011 end-stage dementia under hospice care since 03/2014. In this interval period of time, there has been no major change of her status. Her weights have fluctuated between 75 and 85 pounds over this past year, it stated that last month she was 83 pounds. This last recorded weight was 75 pounds. She sleeps the majority of the time. Most of the time that I see her she is noncommunicating although the staff says that on occasion she will say intelligible words and even have small sentence construction.
