Spot Reduction Persuasive Speech
Spot reduction refers to the fallacy that fat can be targeted for reduction from a specific area of the body and that it can be achieved through exercise of specific muscles in the desired area, such as exercising the abdominal muscles in an effort to lose weight in or around one's midsection.
If anyone who said that you should do a certain exercise to burn the fats in a specific area, DO NOT take any more advise from that person.
There have been many studies that shows spot reduction is not possible. But many people still believe otherwise, we can't blame them for not knowing as there are many fitness equipment that market their product that way to achieve more sales.
This is a recent studies which I hope to educate every to forget the idea
