Sports and Physical Education

Youth now a days are interested to know the Sports. Why did we love Sports?
In Sports we must have to test our muscular strength, power, endurance, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory fitness by Physical Fitness. Physical Fitness is a way of life characterized by the ability of an individual to perform daily task successfully.
There are many sports to be like or sports that can fit to our lifestyle. Like badminton, basketball, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, running, etc. Some of the most favorite sports in our generation are Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball and Football. Some of the fans of those sports are have their own favorite player. So that many of the fans are trying to imitate the moves, the jersey’s or uniforms of their idols or favorite player. That’s why many of the youth now a days are getting to know what sports should fit to their lifestyle or what favorite sports that they think they can easily to learn.

Physical Fitness is a very dynamic discipline, with concepts, new bodies of knowledge and skills changing rapidly. Physical fitness is to test our ability, strength, power etc. like I’ve said lately. One can be considered physically fit if he can perform his daily work efficiently and effectively with alertness and vigor.

Some of the members of our family like our mother, father, grandma’s, grandpa’s are using sports to be healthy. Because in there age they must have to be healthy, for them to stay fit and energetic and also to prevent diseases. So that we the youth must love sports to stay healthy and fit. But we don’t have to be a sports lover. All we need is to be a hard-working and to be obedient to our parents for us to reach our dreams not just for ourselves but for our family too.
