What provides you with strength and hope?
God does provides me with strenght and hope. Through the bible his promises provide me with knowledge, strength and hope which is solidified through my prayers. My husband is very knowledgable when it comes to the bible and he can always help me to understand and bring me comfort.

Do you have prayer in your life? Attend church?
I usually prayer alone at night. I pray for others who are having problems in life or with health, I pray to have a closer relationship with God and for wisdom. My family attends the Seven day Adventists Church on Saturdays, unfortunately this is not a regular thing.

He was a Trappist monk, so meditation was second nature, but he kept thinking there must be a precedent within the church for making such simple but powerful spiritual techniques available to laypeople.
