Leadership development is critical for the success of companies. Leaders point the team in the right direction and inspire followers to be productive and engaged with the mission of the organization. Our text included many methods of leader development. I particularly enjoyed the section about the Spiral of Experience and how the author uses Colin Powell and the life he has led as an example.
