Sonja, This is a great example of a level 1 evaluation at the instructional level. As we talked about in the discussion, this information can be compiled and shared with the program planner as it can help them work with the facilitators to improve the learning experience. A full evaluation plan also includes level 2 - did learning occur, Level 3 is the learning applied? and Level 4 - did it make a different for the organization. As well, at the programmatic level we want to also gain information from other stakeholders - such as hearing from the facilitators on how the program is coordinated and if there is any confusion.
