Sociology Of Christmas Research Paper
It’s December 20th, 1995, just 5 days till Christmas. David and his family are just now getting ready for the Holiday season. David and his father, Dan start decorating the outside of the house. They both decide to go all out this year. They go and buy fifteen strands of lights. They buy a blow up Santa on his sleigh, a blow up Rudolph, and a blow up Grinch. They buy a bunch of candy cane lights to poke into the ground around the sides of the driveway. They finally get back to the house and start putting up the decorations. They put the lights all around the house and their bushes. They put the candy canes around the driveway. David got to put up Santa and the Grinch. Dan helped David put the Grinch up. David put Rudolph up too.
After decorating, David, Dan, David’s sister Angelina and his mom, Mary, set out to buy a Christmas Tree. They go to a place called Legates Farm to pick out a tree. David and Angelina pick out

Its finally Christmas eve, and David and Angelina get ready to be alter helpers for church, for the Christmas eve mass. The church, as does every church, does a nativity mass for the baby Jesus to be born. David And Angelina also gets to do that as well. They were the parents of Jesus, who are Mary and Joseph. The mass went really well for everyone.
After the mass is over, the family goes back home and everyone gets ready for bed. David and Angelina quickly get ready for bed so Santa will come and deliver their presents. David and Angelina finish their shower, get their snack and rush to bed.
Its finally Christmas day, It's a day filled with love, laughter and joy. Everyone in David’s family and himself are enjoying their day. David got a new phone, an Xbox One, and 4 video games. Angelina got jewelry, an art box, a makeup kit, and an easy bake oven. Everyone enjoyed their christmas. Everyone is playing with their new things. Everyone is happy.     In it he finds the Spirit of Christmas Present. The Spirit and Scrooge have few words before the are walking the streets with some sort of protection that allows them not to be seen.
