During the renaissance era, there were major social changes that occurred. Although the 14th and 15th century had many struggles, there were still positive aspects that came ahead. As portrayed in chapter twelve it states "After the severe economic reversals and social upheavals of the fourteenth century, the European history economy graduallyym recovered as the volume of manufacturing and trade increased."
