Snow White Comparison
A fairytale is a story about magical and imaginary beings and lands and the purpose is to create a magical world for children and sometimes adults. The first version of snow white I watched/read is the huntsman it was about Queen Ravenna who held control of her kingdom by marrying and killing its ruler needs the life force of young maidens to maintain her beauty. However, to become truly immortal Ravenna must consume the heart of her stepdaughter Snow White. Snow escapes and Ravenna dispatches a huntsman to capture her. But Snow the Huntsman and a rebel army join forces to destroy Ravenna and restore the balance of life and death. The second version of snow white is the seven dwarfs, it was about the queen was Jealous of Snow White's beauty

In Disney’s Snow White, it was the seven dwarfs. All seven were cute with cute names and charming personalities. They worked hard but they sang, danced and lived happily. They were first surprised to see Snow White and thought of her as an intruder but would come to welcome her, love her, and even avenge her against the queen after she gave Snow White the poisonous apple. In the modern Snow White, the dwarves are seen as a minor supporting characters in the movie who assist with the Huntsman in her well-being and warriors with Snow White and the Huntsman against the queen. The differences of the versions of snow white impacts the story because in version 1 it was more dark and version 2 it was more happy because it was a Disney film. In version 2 (the seven dwarfs) it was all holly jolly while still having an antagonist. Fairytales still matter because it gives kids a place where they can read and escape from the troubles of the world. I remember being young and reading fairytales and they were such great stories I wish kids todays would still read them they were a big part of my
