Now a day deployed in the world dangerous phenomenon it is smoking so smoking have many reasons and damage effect and also it have many way to stop it.

Smoking was pervasive in our society it is not limited to one age but more smokers are from teenagers and young people.

Cigarettes are the means used to smoke which contain many harmful chemicals such as nicotine, Ammonia, Methane, Methanol, Rrnej, Almethylamin and many other chemical substances. Cigarette manufacturing from tobacco that is not have any definition in Arabic dictionaries because it fond in first time in America. This kind of plant can kill young man who has full health.

There are three kind of smoking:

First, Cigarette smoking
It is the most in the abuse of tobacco, especially among young people. Where most young man is try to experiment it.
Second, smoking cigars and pipe
This scourge is also not less dangerous or harmful to the health of users, and it widespread, particularly among old and rich people
Lastly Hubble-bubble and narghiles
May be it is popular among the people that habble smoking or narghiles are less dangerous or harmful, compared with cigarette smoking, but the fact is that fixed one-bubble is almost 50 to 60 cigarettes. Or smoking to two or three hours is equivalent to smoking 25 cigarettes ago.

There are several factors that are lead to smoke:

First parents
When the child sees his father is smoking so he believed that his father is true and cigarettes do not cause any danger. Or poor family control because their parents are preoccupation with matters of life also they are dependence on servers to upbringing for her children.
In addition, teenagers are likes to learn new things and they try everything. As a result, it is enough for teenagers to try a cigarette for the first time to fall in the trap, so it will be easy for him to do it second time, and so on.
Moreover, the impact of friends
Also they can find cigarette everywhere and in a low praise
Never the less, they think that smoking keeps them away from problems but in fact it keeps him just for short period
Lastly weak religious morals

Now I won't to ask you question in your opinion, what are the features of smokers?

There are special features effluences in:
Yellow skin and face
Inactivity and laziness and they always won't to sleep
Dental caries and bad breathing
Red eye
Weak body and bad health
And burns, especially in the hand and between fingers

These features are product from smoking diseases that:

Are the most important causes that lead to chronic lung diseases and lung cancer and other cancers.
Also, bad influence to the heart.
Moreover, Smoking is very harmful to the fetus.
Never the less, Smoking lead to baldness and hair loss
Lastly, feature the smoker to lose taste.

To stop smoking there are steps that help you:

First, set yourself a date to leave smoking
Second ignore the pack of cigarettes
Third ask anyone to take a way cigarette dishes from home
And do not allow anyone to smoke in your home
Next, make your hands and your fingers manned anything useful like keys and toothpick
Moreover, leave the place that you are smoking in it a lot
Never the less, do not drinking tea and coffee a lot
But, drinking plenty of water
Also, doing exercise
Lastly, ask doctor to give you medicines containing nicotine such as:
Asaqat
Chewing gum containing nicotine
Cereals containing nicotine
Inhaler device

In spite of all this damage effect of smoking but there is one benefit , this benefit is not return to human health but the benefit come to person who sold cigarettes as he got from it a lot of money.

In conclusion, we must move away from all kinds of smoking and try to solve the causes of smoking to avoid damage effect that caused by it. And I hope that you get benefit from it and think you for lessening.
