Executive summary
The purpose of this report is to help students to understand why and how they spend time on using it. According to the several surveys, Students spend too much time on making calls and listening music.
The result of this study concludes that Students spend much time on phone and therefore do not have enough time to do revision and resulting impeding studies. As a result it is recommended that Students should reduce the time on the call and entertainment with their mobile device, and join the after school activities instead of wasting time on the playing mobile phone.

Introduction
Background
Owing to the great advancement of electronic science, mobile phone is forwarding to multi-function and mass production so that nowadays almost everyone in Hong Kong would have a mobile phone. The survey “The world unplugged”, students expressed that without media (include mobile phone) would feel lonely, loss. Several professed that they would like the drug abusers and have confusion, frustration, distress and isolation. It showed that students are addict with mobile phone. Therefore, this report is to determine why and how much time students spend on their phone.
Target audience
The target audience is Students which are abusing the phone and addicted to the internet and mobile phone games very much as most of them have joined the unlimited data plans.

“The world unplugged”, was published by University of Maryland and Bournemouth University, in which nearly a thousand students of 17-23 years were interviewed including the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong ShueYan University, and the university in Britain, the United States, South America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East, who were interviewed to express their reflecting feeling in case not allowed to use mobile phones, Internet, social networking sites or watching TV daily.
