I will secure their help by offering them praise and showing my appreciation as often as I am able. By effectively supporting others, I am more likely to find it easier to delegate responsibility when I need help.

I can see my limitations clearly and seek to hone in on my strengths as often as I can while maintaining an awareness of the progress that needs to be made in my scholastic achievements. An educational goal I have is to complete my Master's degree before I am 40 years of age. I will have to infuse my very being with the attitude of an enthusiastic beginner and in so doing transform myself into the self reliant achiever that I truly am. This will insure that I am able to thrive while in school.

Professionally, I sense that I am growing into a self reliant achiever. One setback I must overcome relates to my past conditioning that I learned as a child. The more I seek colleagues with confidence and enthusiasm, the more I will excel at being the achiever that I truly am. Maintaining a positive attitude and by giving myself and
