Ever since I have come back to minecraft, I have spent 2-5 hours on frost each day

I have a rich history with this server that will require some explaining. I know that the community will give me a life's supply of -1's because I have not been on the forums for that long, or that I am a "randy". I have been a member of the community for 10-11 months. What interactions have you had with our staff team in the past? friendly conversations and helping people understand what a staff member said, if they did not know what they meant
What experiences do you have in moderating a community or game?
2 weeks moderating children ages 5-8. 3 more weeks scheduled throughout the whole month of July
Babysitting
Was made a server guide by an owner of a server without asking or applying. (he /msg ed me that I would be promoted to the position because of my kindness and ability to deal with kids when I was playing the server. The server is now down.
Are you a member of another servers staff currently? If so, where?
No. I believe that in order to give out your best performance as a server guide/ helper or any other staff member, you have to be devoted to one server. And i'm devoted to skyblocky.
