The economic globalization has improved the industrialization of African countries and promoted their urbanization. Economic globalization and investment provides African territories with a unique opportunity to capitalize on internationalized corporations, technologies, trade capital, institutions, markets and productions. The internationalization of production, the rapid development of hi-tech and the liberalization of trade have promoted a new round of adjustment of global industrial structure. The deepening of financial globalization has accelerated the flow of international capital, so that a large number of capitals into the developing countries are ascending nowadays.

First, from the African perspective, there are corruptions, multiple political instabilities, utilization of aid funding issues, luck of skilful man-powers, the single economic structure and the awareness to China are among others. In the long run if the problems cannot be solved, it will not be conducive to development and growth for Africa and China’s investment. Second, from the Chinese side, lack of environmental assessment, assistance projects are unrealistic, the proliferation of fake and shoddy goods, economic bottlenecks rush to the rescue of legal experience.
