Similarities Between Hurricanes And Tornadoes
Hurricanes and Tornadoes are very different, but in a few ways alike. There are a few different types of natural disasters that can affect our world, including, Tsunami, Earthquakes, Fires, Hurricanes, and Tornadoes. What makes the disasters alike and different? Let's find out by comparing Tornadoes and Hurricanes.

Hurricanes and tornadoes are not very alike at all, the only have one similarity, winds. Both storms contain very strong rotating winds that can be sure to blow away all types of things, or even suck off of the ground.

Hurricanes have a lot more differences than Tornadoes, for instance, Hurricanes form over water, the storm has stronger winds, Hurricanes can last up to 3 weeks, and the Hurricane area can get a Hurricane watch
