Being simple, but being superior. The Apple Hotel is positioned in a level of 5-star hotel; we provide simple atmosphere and impression, but superior service to our customers. Regarding to the high-class offered accommodation, the Apple Hotel provides customers an environment which is just like home.

Differentiation * Image Differentiation
Apple’s image is considered to be its personality. Differ from other 5-star hotels, our hotel possesses an exact image of apple instead of Apple Company engages image differentiation in strategies indicates that the company has attempted to create the impression that it possesses the certain characteristics – simple, creative and superior. The apple image focuses on visual characteristics which logo symbolizes its specialty, on such as advertisements, websites, stores and even products themselves. The advertisements and websites focus on the color black and white, the hotel appearances and rooms design are focused on these colors as well. * Service Differentiation
Products contain two parts which are goods and services. Apple Hotel provides not only a 5-star level service, but also offers personalized service. For the room booking, customers are able to make the reservation directly through the reception; the online service is available, too. There are options for them to make their own favors of room types, guests are able to provide their needs and requests during the reservation which can be properly satisfied by the hotel. Also, personal food provision is available. Not only the regular menu in the hotel restaurant is offered, guests can also ask for the food they are willing to meal. Any electric relative services are all provided by the hotel including devices charging, booking the Apple products and so on. The last P in their marketing strategy is place. “Place is related to the distribution, location and methods of getting the product to the customers.” (Villing.com). Apple has adopted a hybrid distribution channel involving an online store, physical outlets and the retail points of the exclusive mobile service provider and its online stores.
