You might even start to make your own drinks for these expensive alcohol beverages or be forced to find a new substitute altogether. The labor force can be considered in the same way. If there is a quick increase in the cost of the labor force, the demand for the labor will suddenly decrease and these companies will, therefore, use less of it. This could cause the result in decreased overall output or even replacement of human workers with more machines when it’s possible for the company owners.
