Ethical Decision
Every time person chooses between alternatives based on assumptions of moral code which grounded in value that provide the framework for principle reasoning and ethical decision (Guy, 1990). Ethical standard in social interaction are intended to know how to to treats others or individual wheter no clear answer between right or wrong. By evaluating and analyzing how these value related to the decision the implication of ethical action become clearer.
These value are caring, honesty, accountability, promise keeping, pursuit of excellence, loyalty, fairness, integrity, respect for others, responsible citizenship. These value could be an answer for a question, “Is it ethical to do such a thing?”

I should accept his decision if he would not give me a favor. He has a right to say “No” anyway. Thus I should take the qonsency from my decision to ask him a favor.
3. Promise Keeping
Promise keeping means keeping one commitment. If the person said it is a loan, I should keep my promise to return his money back. There are many ways to do it. I can ask his bank account number and pay it later or meet him again on the later day just to give the money. Do not make a promised that you do not intend to keep.
4. Fairness
Fairness means open minded with not taking advantage of another diversities or treating people the way they deserve to be treated . In this case the question is not about “right or wrong” situation as a normative theory thus I apply The Golden Rule. Jeffrey Wattles (1996) admirably captures the Golden Rule’s virtues,
“The golden rule is from the first intuitively accessible, easy to understand, its simplicity communicates confidence that the agent can find the right way and it most commonly expresses a commitment to treating others with consideration and fairness, predicated on the recognition that others are like one self.”
