Shona was previously diagnosed with multiple depressive disorder and it was reported from her referral that there was limited engagement with treatment and support.
Previously it was noted that she displayed some emotional unstable personality disorder previous social involvement involved concerns about the children being physically chastised by Shona as when they were seen they seem to be fearful of her.
