Technology provided the platform of growth for Sew What? Inc. Megan Duckett is a relentless individual and good with complex situations. As stated in the case study “especially information technology”. Technology boosted the power of spreading a message and in 1992 Duckett did not have technology on her side. In 2005 SewWhat? Launched their website so that the organization's mission could be visible. Thirteen years of darkness while remaining humble was attributed to Duckett being stubborn and relentless at simultaneous times. Local success and franchise success are two different events, though they both provide the same sensation. Duckett was able to trade a word of mouth success for a franchise championship sensation. If I could trade my current salary for a 45 percent increase right now I to would feel a franchise type of sensation. Technology provided the global stage Sew What? needed to grow worldwide. Inc. My advice would be to assert as much energy towards E-commerce technology as humanly possible. Megan Duckett propelled her business from a dungeon seller towards worldwide viewership in one year. I believe the website is genius and why not go a step further and make attempts at maintaining the online exchange climate. With new forms of cryptocurrency being invented every day a portion of Sew What? should be testing the e-world. Collecting payments in cryptocurrency are still just an idea but, after the fall of bitcoin organization are finding new ways to make it a safer process. Sew What? has already seen technology success by just turning on the lights. Expanding the types of currency an organization excepts can set Duckett apart from the pack. Innovation or being innovative comes at a price that can be afforded for an organization that has previous success with technology. I believe that Duckett has learned from her stubbornness and would be willing to at least indulge the
