1. What problems does Robin Hood have? What issues need to be addressed?
Robin Hood has many problems such as the growing number of men that are joining his cause, the difficulty of controlling the new requruties as well as the difficulty of supplying them with the necessities to survive such as food, the fact of facing the villagers which support him and trying to impose taxes in order to sustain the new force of men he has gained, and the growing strength of the Sheriff by both his organization of his men and his political connections.
2. Discuss how these concepts impact Robin’s band of Merrymen:
a. Division of labor
When robins …show more content…
The men are not as disciplined as they used to be.
Opportunities: the opportunity of helping in supporting the baron to free king Richard will surly provide a good reputation when king Richard restores power and help his cause with the poor and get rid of the sheriff
Threats: the sheriffs organization and growing strength is a definite threat to robin and his band
4. What issues of ethics and social responsibility are involved with this case? Why?
Ethically it is very important that robin does not abuse the power given to him by the public (Villagers, the poor…and etc.) by demanding a transit tax which will go well with his allies due to the fact that they are being taxed by the sheriff which become too burdensome on these people. Robin’s social responsibility is to find other ways to find revenue and get rid of the cause of the problem which is the sheriff; by helping King Richard take power again.
5. Explain these changing environmental elements:
a. Economic forces
With the increase in the number of men joining robin’s band there have become new financial responsibilities to feed them and buy supplies for them, and there isn’t much revenue
