Self Care Program Analysis
Being aware and cognizant of how I practice self-care on a continuous basis has been helpful throughout my experiences in this program. Focusing on positive and helpful forms of self-care and learning how to manage multiple responsibilities has been a beneficial tool that I will continue to implement upon graduation. Currently, time management has been my best asset to engaging in self-care. Allocating certain times for work and school has allowed me to enjoy outside interest and engage in other actives that I like which keeps me enjoying life and stress free. Other activities of self-care that I engage in are exercising, being outdoors, spending time with loved ones, cooking, traveling and being active. I try to engage in at least one of
