In addition, it is easier to communicate with other employees or employers from their homes, this is very useful especially when they are ill or when they are on vacation and they cannot go to work. Another advantage is that employers and employees can receive mails on their phones without having to be in front of a computer. Moreover, this is a tool that can speed up various tasks. For example, employers can give immediate responses to customer requests or approve and edit documents on the go. However, there are some disadvantages with respect to its use. One disadvantage is that such technology may influence workers negatively and they may be distracted from their jobs. For instance, if a worker uses a mobile phone in a meeting, he or she can be distracted. In conclusion, using a mobile phone at work may have some advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, workers should think of the mobile phone as a form of communication, but they should use the mobile phone intelligently. Mobile phones are tools that have facilitated the way of managing their time and their lives.
