It's going to happen on the practice field, where only your staff and members can see you. Odds are, no one is going to cheer for you. Most likely, no one will even notice.....but you'll know.

Push through the pain and conquer the obstacles. At retreat on finals night, you will be so proud of how hard you worked and you will be proud that you never gave up and pushed that much harder when you wanted to. Years later you will remember the performance of a lifetime and know it was worth it.
