What is the perspective of each individual involved in the scenario, teacher, parent, child, etc?
Katya’s perspective: She feels important to follow the center policy and maintain the children’s safety.
Teresa’s perspective: She believes a fair share of work should be assigned.

“Ms. Teresa. I would like to let you know that I really love to work with you. You are a very friendly and responsible. I sincerely appreciate your support all the time, especially for coming early to setting up the classroom. I understand you would like to leave 15 minutes early in the afternoon since you come 15 minutes early in the morning. I am not sure that you noticed that the ratio set at the center for the room is 1 to 3. I was worried about the children’s safety since I was all by myself with four children at that time. Teresa thought if she came 15 minutes early in the morning she could leave 15 minutes early in the afternoon. However, Teresa wasn’t aware of that she was not following the center policy. Actually, Teresa broke the center policy about the teacher and child ratio: 1:3 since she left early in the afternoon. If I were the director, I would have acknowledged her efforts to come early in the morning to setting up. However, according to her working schedule, Teresa needs to stay until her shift is over rather than leaving 15 minutes early. Teresa could have asked extra compensation for the extra 15 minutes in the morning, however, it depends on the decisions of the board members in
