My career objective is to pursue a challenging, productive and rewarding career in Conflict and Peace management, security, diplomatic, human rights and governance fields at local and international levels, where I can contribute, add value and have impact in bringing about positive changes to our communities and societies locally and internationally. I have great interest and passion for realization of an empowered society, based on equity, security, peace, justice and respect for human dignity; a society capable of achieving sustainable and inclusive development.

PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a highly motivated individual who is wholly committed to attaining highest possible level in these fields. I am a team player who believes in getting the best out of others through dialogic interactions. I am looking forward to joining an internally driven and result oriented institution that provides a challenging and conducive work environment. I eventually hope that by harnessing the conceptual and practical abilities I have to offer, we can all maximize our potential-self, institution and society.

2008-Current: Working as an independent researcher and consultant on behalf of individuals and organizations in fields of conflict, human rights, governance and security. Consulting for the PCEA Peace Initiative’s on Training of Peace Educators and Inter- Communal Dialogue program, Kenya Institute of Civic and Parliamentary Studies and several individuals.
