Samosas And Awesomeness
Samosas
5th period By Sabirah Islam
Recipe/ingredients-
2 ¼ cups of flour
1 cup of water
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
10 tablespoons of Meat/Vegetable filling
1 teaspoon of salt
Take 2 ¼ cups of your flour, 1 cup of your water, vegetable oil, and salt and mix in a large bowl. Then mold the dough into 20 triangles. Take 1 tablespoon of your meat/ vegetable filling and put it in only 10 of your triangles. Then put another triangle on top of a triangle that has the filling. Press the edges of your samosa sandwich so when you fry it no oil seeps into the samosa. There should be ten samosas in total. Now freeze your samosas until hard so they don’t fall apart. After two three hours take the samosas out of the freezer. Wait for them to warm up a little or just stick the in the microwave for about a minute. Then fry your samosas until they turn golden or a light brown color. Lastly cool and enjoy! This recipe serves ten people.

2 teaspoons of salt

For this recipe to serve 90 people multiply the ingredients by ten.

Does anyone know which children’s toy also helps doctors in physical therapy? Play dough is actually great for physical therapy! Play dough does not only stimulate a child’s creativity. It also improves their eye/hand coordination, and fine motor skills. According to Encyclopedia of Children’s Heath, fine motor skills generally refers to the small movements of the hands, wrists, fingers, feet, toes, lips, and tongue. This makes it the perfect product to use in physical therapy to rebuild the muscles in the hand, wrist and fingers. Did you know that this product was first manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio as wallpaper cleaner in the 1930s? This putty-like wallpaper cleaner was concocted by Noah McVicker for Kutol Products, a family-owned Cincinnati-based soap company. Only after World War II McVicker’s nephew Joseph McVicker, joined Kutol and discovered the wallpaper cleaner was being used by nursery school children to make Christmas ornaments. The product was then reworked and marketed to Cincinnati schools in the mid-1950s. Play-Doh was demonstrated at an educational convention in 1956 and major department stores opened retail accounts to sale the product. Advertisements promoting Play-Doh on children’s television shows in 1957 furthered the product’s sales. In 2003, the Toy Industry Association added Play-Doh to its “Century of Toys List”. Today I’m going to show you how to make play dough.…

Based on the recipe of our grandparents and having all the ingredients that we need, we begin with a fresh loaf of Cuban bread. Cuban bread is thinner than a traditional bread loaf, resulting in a slightly crunchy sandwich. If you don't have access to Cuban bread, then French or Italian bread, or even a hoagie roll, will do. After that, use a bread knife to cut both ends off the loaf of bread. The remaining loaf, which will be used to make the Cuban sandwich, can be any size you like. Most people prefer their sandwiches about 7 inches long. The next step is to stand the bread on end and slice the loaf in half. After that lay the sliced bread in front of you with the insides facing up. Spread about 2 tbs. of regular mustard evenly over the cut side of the bread top. Went you have all that done you place 8 to 10 thin dill pickle slices-about 2 large; sliced dill pickles-on top of the mustard. Place 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the sliced pickles too. Next…
