I’m sure as kids we all wanted to grow up and join a rock band, or become a singer, but for some they still have that dream. Many of these people usually follow their dream by moving to Nashville or Los Angeles and perform in restaurant or on the streets and for some their dreams came true very easily, but for others it takes a lot of work and passion to reach their goals and this did happen for one man, and his name was Sam. He always dreamed of one day facing an enormous crowd of people and singing the songs he wrote for them. Throughout the day, Sam met with many different producers, but each time his dreams were crushed again. After a long day Sam checked into a hotel and he was trying to think long and hard about if he should go home or not. He was debating if he should go back to his hometown and find a real job, since he was a 28 year old man, or if he should continue to chase his dreams. Sam then decided that he was going to head back home, but before he did, he wanted to play one of his songs on the street for people to hear. Sam headed outside into the cold and windy night and gently pulled out his guitar and started strumming. He then began to sing as people walked past and stared, but as he kept singing people then started to gather around. Soon enough, a large crowd was surrounding Sam clapping to the beat of his song, and Sam thought it was exhilarating! After playing a couple more songs for the crowd, he knew it would be best if he went back up to the hotel and went to be because it was going to be a long drive home tomorrow. As Sam was scrolling through his phone in his hotel room his eyelids were becoming heavier and his mind was shutting down, but then he saw a video of him singing and it was already almost at 100,000 views, Saw was thrilled! Then Sam thought to himself maybe I’m just a one hit wonder, I can’t get my hopes up, but the next morning when he woke up his video was at 1 million views! His phone was buzzing with notifications from many different producers, or people congratulating him. Sam then realized that he was doubting himself to much and maybe he is actually a phenomenal singer and performer, and then he thought that maybe, just maybe, his dreams would actually come
