PER REPORTER: The mother, fiance, and nephew are in jail. The Perez children are with the grandmother. The parents facilitated and assisted the nephew in the statutory rape of a 13 year old female. Amy allowed her 13 year old son to have sexual intercourse with another 13 year old female. There are two 13 year old female runaways. Amy picked the females up from their home and brought them to her home. Amy was living at a shelter that had mini apartments. The 13 year old females are in the youth detention center. Per reporter, Shirley with DHS is familiar with the case. The incident happened between Sunday December 4th and Monday Decemeber 5th. Reporter will make a report concerning the runaways after court.
