Have you ever had a darkest moment then something good happens to you? Well the same thing happened with Roger and Doris. In both of the story “Thank you, Ma’am” by Langston Hughes, and “Stray” by Cynthia Rylant. Roger and Doris have similarities and differences. They are both poor, something good happens to them, but their life styles are both different. Roger and Doris are similar in many ways.
