1. Thesis * The Roe vs. Wade case in 1972 made abortion legal because of the acknowledgment of the 9th and 14th Amendment which gives “the right to privacy” to all citizens meaning a woman has the right to have an abortion. Due to the Feminist Revolution in the 1960’s this case would not have been recognized as much as it was, but because of the national publicity it received the pressures of the evolved society helped the results of this case. 2.
