The two companies I am choosing to compare are Riot games and Blizzard. Both are large game companies that are direct competitors that share many similarities between one another. The field I am choosing to compare job requirments for is a job as a concept artist for both companies. Despite being competitors naturally great companies share a lot of policies. In the case of Blizzard and Riot this holds true. Naturally as the job being applied for is art the biggest thing that matters is how good your art is.
