Rigoberta Menchu Analysis
First, Rigoberta Menchu is a good example of global leader because she took action by helping indigenous people.Also, Menchu was always making sure that “she act, personally or collaboratively, in creative and ethical ways to contribute to improvement, and assess impact of actions taken”. Next, she gave to the Natives rights where they could have a better life without oppression. Secondly, she recognize other perspectives by the Liberation Theology where she “Recognize and express her own perspective and identify influences on that perspective.” Then, Rigoberta was recognizing the perspectives of her native people; she worked hard to achieve it.
