7. Payment Term Payment Term and Conditions

1. Ten per cent (10%) of the Contract Price shall be payable by a telegraphic transfer within 30 days after signing contract against following documents as advance payment:
(a) One original invoice
(b) Bank Guarantee for Advance Payment (10%)
(c) Bank Guarantee for Performance / Warranty (90%)

2. Eighty per cent (80%) of the Total Contract price shall be payable by an irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) to be opened by a first class Korean Bank against submission of the following documents upon FOB delivery. The L/C shall be established two (2) months prior to the FOB shipment.
(a) One copy of Inspection Certificate for shipping release or Waive Certificate issued by the Purchaser
(b) One Original forwarder’s certificate of receipt (FCR) issued by the nominated by the Purchaser
(c) One original Signed commercial invoice
(d) One original Packing list
(e) A copy of Certificate of origin certified by chamber of commerce
(f) Supplier’s Letter confirming that following documents have been submitted to the Purchaser’s branch office and / or Seoul office.
- Three (3) original signed commercial Invoice
- Three (3) original signed packing list
- One (1) set of Original Certificate of Origin certified by chamber of commerce

3. Five per cent (5%) of the total Contract Price shall be payable by a bank telegraphic transfer upon submission of final Supplier data against submission of the following documents.
- One (1) original signed commercial Invoice
- One original supplier’s letter signed by the Purchaser confirming that final
