WORK EXPERIENCE • Worked with Connexions International Call centre (Mohali/Punjab) as a Customer Care Executive for one and half years. • Worked with Bikham International Technology Pvt Ltd. (Chandigarh) as Telesales cum market research officer for 1 year and 7 months. • Worked with Dell International Services Pvt Ltd (Mohali) as Sr. Technical Resolution (Troubleshooting) Expert for Laptops, Desktops, Printers , Routers ,Wired and Wireless Networks and Wi Fi and WLAN , WWAN for 2 years and 6 Months.
