Responsibility Value: 5 (out of 6) In the tragic case of the Holloway baby, there were numerous errors that occurred that resulted in the death of Jubilee Angelette Holloway. While it is difficult to attribute blame to one single party, it important recognize the responsibilities that were not met throughout the process. It is evident that not only did the 14-year-old mother made critical mistakes, the circumstantial aspects of the case contributed to the unfortunate outcome as well.
