One problem in my day to day life is time management. This is a problem that I would like to solve to make my day better and be able to complete all the tasks needed to be completed. I will make a solution to this problem as well as gather the information to help solve the issue, the process in which I will use to evaluate information and what I will consider in the evaluation, and how I will use the information to resolve the problem and what I will take into consideration as I consider different solutions. Time management is an issue for many people including myself. I have a full time job that keeps me most of the day and I also have family and friends that I spend time with as well as attending online college courses. It is hard to find enough time in the day to complete all the tasks that are needed to be completed and still get to bed early to wake up and start the process all over again. My goal is to solve the issue of time management and be able to go to bed at a decent time and wake up feeling refreshed for the new day instead of being tires throughout my day and just waiting for it to be over. Information that I can gather to help me solve this issue would be analyzing my day in a detailed written paper. I need to write down everything that I do on a daily basis and really see what I am doing so I can research this and find a solution to the problem. I will research solving time management issues to help me with this issue. Mind tools are a great site that you can research for good time management solving techniques. This site states that using certain techniques that you can start to tackle problems that might otherwise seem huge, overwhelming, and excessively complex (Mind tools, 2010). When I am evaluating the process that I will use to evaluate information and what I will need to consider in my evaluation I will use

A successful life with low levels of stress is very hard to achieve with time management. Usually the end result is chaos and tasks that do not ever become finished. Setting goals for one’s self and achieving them is one way of time management. Another is by using the ABC system to so list. With this tool you would categorize the things you need to accomplish and then label them accordingly A, B, or C. “A” being the most important and “C” being able to postpone until a later time. Say for instance you had an exam coming up that was ¼ of you final grade, but you had other things to be done also. In this scenario, studying whould be labeled “A” because of it’s significance. Washing clothes or going out with friends can be put off, so they would be labeled “B” and “C”. Staying focused on the goals you have set for yourself and by using the to do list is key for any student in college to be…
