PREFACE
In our two years degree program of MBA (Honors) there’s provision for doing summer training, after 2nd semester. The essential purpose of this project is to given an exposure and detailed outlook to the practical concept. For this purpose I was assigned the project for the “A study on Recruitment & Selection process at Wildflower Hall (an oberoi resort), Shimlaâ€.
It is a matter of great privilege to get training from Wildflower hall (an oberoi resort), Shimla. One of the biggest brand in Hotel Industry.
The project lasted for a period of 6 weeks: It was informative, interesting and inspiring.
I hope this report will provide an experiment outlook to the dynamic functioning in the Human Resources department in the Hotel Industry.
