The Unsinkable Molly Brown Molly Brown is my great American and here’s why. She was born July 18, 1867 (Google) in Hannibal Missouri. She was a surviver of the Titanic. After she was put on lifeboat 6 she made them turn back for people who were stranded in the water. After surviving the Titanic she was given the nick name The “Unsinkable Molly Brown.” Molly Brown was a very giving person. She did lots of charity events including working in soup kitchens and lots of other events. She also helped establish the first juvenile court.
