Research Paper On The Joker
Of all the powerful super villains, The Joker seems to be the perfect super villain that first comes to mind. The Joker "appears to be the most evil, deranged, and flat out psychotic killer of all comic book villains". He is one of the many antagonists who could pose as a threat to Batman. "Joker is typically a man of average height or even taller possessing a skinny frame"; although he may not be as strong or have any special powers, he is still able to cause some damage through trickery, sheer will and desire for destruction. The Joker is the complete opposite of Batman; he wears bright purple and orange clothes, has green hair, white makeup, and that big red "smile". On the other hand, Batman wears grey or black to promote fear into criminals and hide in the dark.

The Joker's methods are "unpredictable and incalculable" and he usually "does things according to his own twisted sense of logic, and does not desire for money". He causes total destruction around Gotham City only to be on the spotlight and be seen by everyone and wants to prove a point to everyone that people are basically more chaotic than normally. The Joker always encourages Batman to kill him because he believes he perfectly embodies chaos and anarchy just like him. They are often considered equal because they both don't possess any super powers and deep down they both desire evil content. His clown-like appearance is very iconic, even a different evil clown with a different purpose could almost resemble the Joker. The Joker's main reason for all the destruction is just to get Batman's attention and eventually cause Batman to murder him. Even after 70 years when Joker was first introduced in the Batman comics, he is still popular today's modern
