It’s incredible how Dr.Goodall study different aspect and levels of personalities of the chimpanzee. Like you mentioned, it took a while for the chimpanzee to get used to her and lose fear of her. I believed that for Jane Goodall was also a challenge for her to lose fear to them but she also had cope with them. She had to learned their behaviors and be aware of the aggressive ones and generous ones. It’s just like a human, it takes a while for us to get comfortable with strangers.
