The objective and scoope of the assignment is to collect relevant data about an organization and its external enviroment , to select and use the appropriater frameworks to carry out a strategic analysis of an organization and its external environment and hence identify and explaining the key strategic issues facing the organization , the last is to present my findings in a chinese clearly structured report and the last objective and scoope is complete the assignment and to get a mark ..
The importance of international business in relation to case study is that so we can make a good relation in business with other company from other country by getting know their culture .and so that there will not be any misunderstanding between business
Literature Review
In doing an international business relationship we must see and analyze some important points in hofstede’s five culture to analyze how Chinese do their business relationship , and we use this five point also important for foreign to enter Chinese business .
Some of the hofstede’s point are :
1. Power distance-this power distance refers to the degree of inequality that exist and being accepted among people with and without power , in a country with a high power distance indicates the society accepting an unequale distribution of people and power understanding their position and place in the society system , in other way a low power distance means that the power is shared and very well depressed , that also means that the society people has a very good view that they see each other equally
There are also some characterictic in a society with power distance which the people will tend to have a centralized companies , having a very strong hierarchies , also will have a large gaps in compensation , authority and respect . there are also some few tips tyo face this kind of characteristic of high power distance ,.     Positive relationships with children and young people are fundamental in relation to their learning and development as an individual. Therefore it is vital that positive relationships are built from the onset. The Early years foundation stage more commonly referred to as the EYFS has statutory elements regarding the allocation of key workers to children and young people. The key worker is responsible for developing a secure bond with the child or young person.
