PROCEDURAT E REKRUTIMIT, SELEKSIONIMIT DHE EMERIMIT NE DREJTORIN E PERGJITHSHME TE TATIMEVE.

1 Personeli, sipas detyrave, ndahet në punonjës të nivelit të lartë, të mesëm e të ulët, drejtues dhe në punonjës ekzekutues, të kategorizuar sipas këtij vendimi.
a) Drejtor i përgjithshëm i përgjigjet klasifikimit: nëpunës civil i nivelit të lartë drejtues;
b) Zëvendësdrejtor i përgjithshëm i përgjigjet klasifikimi: nëpunës civil i nivelit të lartë drejtues;
c) Kategoria A i përgjigjet klasifikimit: nëpunës civil i nivelit të mesëm drejtues. Në këtë kategori përfshihen funksionet: drejtor drejtorie në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme të Tatimeve dhe drejtor i drejtorisë rajonale;
ç) Kategoria B i përgjigjet klasifikimit: nëpunës civil i nivelit të ulët drejtues. Në këtë kategori përfshihen funksionet: drejtor drejtorie në drejtorinë rajonale dhe përgjegjës sektori në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme;
d) Kategoria C1 i përgjigjet klasifikimit: nëpunës civil i nivelit të ulët drejtues. Në këtë kategori përfshihen funksionet: përgjegjës sektori¢zyre në drejtorinë rajonale dhe njësitë e ngjashme me to dhe përgjegjës zyre në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme; dh) Kategoria C2 i përgjigjet klasifikimi: nëpunës civil i nivelit ekzekutues. Në këtë kategori përfshihen inspektorët, në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme të Tatimeve, të nivelit IVA, dhe inspektorët në drejtoritë rajonale dhe njësitë e ngjashme me to, të nivelit IVA;
e) Kategoria C3 i përgjigjet klasifikimit: inspektor, në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme të Tatimeve, të nivelit IVB, dhe inspektor në drejtoritë rajonale dhe njësitë e ngjashme me to, të nivelit IVB;
ë) Kategoria D1 përfshin personelin ndihmës si: llogaritar, arkëtar, shofer, magazinier, arkivist, sekretar, protokollist, centralist etj. dhe personel tjetër, të ngjashëm me to;
f) Kategoria D2 përfshin personelin tjetër ndihmës, që kryen shërbimet sanitare dhe të mirëmbajtjes së zyrave.
